  • Professional images of this event will be made available to all attendees - Personal videography is not permitted.
  • In the event of unforeseeable circumstances resulting in any of the advertised talent being unable to attend, the talent will be replaced at the promoter's discretion. In this instance refunds will not be issued.
  • Refunds will be made available in the event of cancellation prompted by the promoter.
